And on to 2025...

How did that happen? Is it just me, or has time speeded up??

2024 was another great year for Artists of Mallorca, seeing more art across the island, and particularly at the exhibitions in the Tunel de l'art and the Museu de Soller. The Art Prize continues to grow, and I especially enjoyed seeing people voting for their favourites in the Eleccion Popular - everyone took the responsibility very seriously indeed.

I am already planning next year, with exhibitions so far in April, June, August (Art Prize) and October. If you want to participate, look out for the notices on the website and Instagram at the start of the year.

Personally, the past few months have been fun and interesting. I participated in the Nit de l'Art in Ses Salines in October and in the George Sheridan Memorial Art Prize in La Residencia in Deia. It was lovely to take part and not have to think of all the details!

I have also been painting a lot, continuing my Perfection Lost series, which is growing rapidly. It's been nice to have so much positive feedback on these slightly odd paintings! These are the 2 most recent, looking at transformation.
