Having painted for 20 years, I recently made a change in style and medium. I find painting abstracts in encaustic (hot wax) a more honest creative expression. I moved to Mallorca 3 years ago from Canada. I am excited to call this Island home.

I have a very large palm tree that I look at when I am on the terrace. This is an interpretation of the bark. I love all the natural textures and colours on the Island.
