My name is Maria Churkina, 48 years old, I am Bulgarian by nationality, but I have been living in Mallorca for 10 years. I studied fine art in high school, and then at a university in Sofia. I also do photography and have participated in photography and art exhibitions in Bulgaria and here in Mallorca. I like to paint in oil, watercolor and graphics in a classic style and also paint on different themes, portrait, landscape, etc. Inspired by the beauty of nature and human, I am happy to have the opportunity to join your community.

The beach "Es Trenc" in Mallorca is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Translated from Catalan it means "Rest". I was particularly impressed by the pool of natural stones that enters the sea. In order to convey all its beauty, I decided to present it from a bird's eye view. I hope that I have managed to convey the element of the sea, the essence of Mallorca with its nature.
