I am a Mallorca-based emerging artist working primarily in coloured pencil. My work explores elements of Mallorca's natural world through detailed coloured pencil drawings. I was born in Dublin, Ireland and I studied fine art as well as design at the National College of Art and Design (NCAD) and the Politecnico di Milano. My artistic process involves attention to detail and nuance. Beyond documentation, my perspective is one of exploration and preservation - honouring the intricacies of Mallorca's natural environment. With flattened perspectives and manipulated scale. I invite the viewer to take as much joy in the quiet beauty and detail as I do.

The Cap Roig is one of the most popular and recognised fishes in Mallorca. Living in the rocky depths and coral zones of the Mediterranean. I see this fish in every market on the island. The one that I choose to draw fit in the palm of my hand. By magnifying my subject it takes centre stage. It is an ode to slowing down and savouring the intricate language of nature's designs. Engaging in deep looking, even with an unassuming creature it can reveal itself as something worthy of celebration.
